You may want to rethink about what you call 'limitations' in life.
He's been blind since birth, but that didn't stop 19 year old Brazilian Derek Rabelo from learning to surf the pipeline more than 2 years ago. Limitations like blindness is not an obstacle if you have the right attitude in life, and a good measure of courage and guts.
It surely isn't everyday that a blind dude surfs the Pipe.
